Your mailboxes are activated as soon as your payment is validated. The DNS records to publish (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are provided in your client area. Allow 5 to 30 minutes of DNS propagation before sending and receiving.

Yes. Our migration tool imports your emails, folders and flags from any IMAP-compatible provider (Gmail, Outlook, OVH, other hosts). From the Business plan, the migration is assisted by our support team.

We automatically configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, monitor our IP reputation daily on the main blacklists, and operate a dedicated mail IP range, separate from other services. Your emails land in the inbox, not in spam.

Yes. All mailboxes are backed up every night, with 14-day retention on Eco/Pro/Business plans and 30 days on the Premium plan. Restoring a single message or an entire mailbox is done from your client area or via ticket.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your client area, without service interruption. For downgrades, the difference is refunded pro-rata for unused days.

Our support team is reachable via ticket (24-48 h response time) and on Discord (average response < 8 h). The Premium plan unlocks a priority Mon-Sun 8am-9pm support queue. Our wiki covers most mail client and DNS configurations.
